Drop Off Catering
Delivery & Setup(Self-Serve)
We deliver your meal directly to your event and take care of the setup, so everything is ready for your guests to serve themselves.
Your setup includes disposable wire racks, sternos to keep food warm, serving utensils, disposable boats or plates, utensils, napkins, and menu signs for easy identification.
Additional Fees: Service charge, delivery, staffing, and taxes.
Food Minimum: $750
Full-Service Catering
On-Site Service with Staff & Silverware
Includes mobile grill, full staff serving buffet-style, a toppings and salsa table, and complete setup with black tablecloths, chafers, serving ware, disposable plates, utensils, napkins, menu signs, and table décor.
Additional fees: Mobile grill charge, 2 grill cook(s), administrative fee, staffing, taxes, and credit card fees.
Optional add-on: Food Truck available for $1,500–$2,000 depending on day of week.
Food Minimum: $1500
Food Truck Catering
Catering on Wheels
Includes pre-rolled tacos prepared for easy serving, along with a separate salsa bar and staff serving guests directly from the food truck trailer.
Additional Fees: Mobile grill charge, grill cook(s) (1–2 depending on event size), administrative fee, staffing, taxes, credit card fees, and Food Truck rental ($1,500–$2,000 depending on the day of the week).
